Surveying

01

ISGS has been delivering precise, field-tested survey work since 1993. All operations comply with the Philippine Reference System 1992 (PRS92) and use Multi-Frequency GNSS RTK Receiver technology — giving clients faster turnaround and higher positional accuracy.

Whether you’re developing a subdivision, designing a road corridor, or mapping a coastline for a port, our survey teams have the experience and equipment to deliver.

Topographic Survey

Detailed terrain mapping showing elevations, contours, drainage, and structures. Used as the base layer for engineering design and environmental studies.

Hydrographic Survey

Underwater and coastal surveys measuring water depth, channel dimensions, and seabed conditions — critical for port development, dredging, and hydropower projects.

Original Subdivision Survey

Full lot segregation, block layout, and road right-of-way surveys for residential and commercial subdivision development. Includes plans for HLURB/DHSUD submission.

Boundary / Relocation Survey

Re-establishment of property boundaries based on technical descriptions and existing monuments. Resolves lot disputes and supports titling and development permitting.

Route Survey

Corridor surveys for roads, highways, pipelines, and utility lines — covering alignment, cross-sections, and right-of-way limits from feasibility through detailed design.

Other Related Services

Political boundary surveys, GIS data collection, cadastral surveys, and control point establishment using state-of-the-art GNSS RTK systems.

Geotechnical Services

02

Sound structures begin below ground. ISGS provides subsurface investigation and soil analysis to give engineers and architects the data they need to design safe, code-compliant foundations for buildings, bridges, roads, and industrial facilities.

Our geotechnical work is conducted through the EB Testing Center, staffed by experienced geotechnical engineers with a proven track record across major infrastructure projects.

Subsurface Exploration

Borehole drilling and soil sampling to determine subsurface conditions at depth. Results identify soil stratigraphy, groundwater levels, and bearing capacity.

Materials Testing

Laboratory and field testing of soil and rock samples — compaction tests, Atterberg limits, grain size analysis, and consolidation tests to confirm design specifications.

Soil Investigation

Comprehensive ground assessments combining field exploration with laboratory analysis, including Standard Penetration Testing (SPT) and in-situ measurements.

Geotechnical Analysis

Interpretation of investigation results into engineering recommendations — foundation type selection, bearing capacity, settlement estimates, and slope stability.

Foundation Design Support

Geotechnical input for structural engineers designing foundations and earthworks. Reports prepared in compliance with the NSCP.

Other Related Services

Site suitability assessments, liquefaction analysis for seismic zones, and consultation for bridges, roadworks, and industrial installations.

Consultancy & Technical Assistance

03

Beyond field work, ISGS provides the technical advisory and documentation services that projects need to move from concept to approved construction. Our consultants have led feasibility studies for major government infrastructure projects.

With decades of experience working alongside DPWH, DAR, and DENR, we understand what regulators require and how to deliver documentation that meets those standards.

Project Feasibility Study

Technical and economic feasibility covering site suitability, engineering requirements, cost estimates, and viability — for government bids, BOT proposals, and private investors.

Environmental Impact Assessment

Scoping, baseline data gathering, impact identification, and mitigation planning in compliance with DENR’s EIA requirements.

Environmental Impact Statement

Full EIS documentation for DENR Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC) applications — covering project description, baseline, impact assessment, and management plans.

Detailed Engineering & Design

Engineering plans, technical specifications, and cost estimates for roads, drainage, and civil works — coordinated with survey and geotechnical data.

Engineering Supervision

On-site QA and construction supervision ensuring work conforms to approved plans. Regular progress reporting for government and private clients.

Project Management

Full project coordination from mobilization to final report — personnel management, scheduling, budget monitoring, and regulatory compliance tracking.

HOW IT WORKS

Our Process

STEP 01

Project Inquiry

Tell us about your project — location, scope, timeline, and any existing documents.

STEP 02

Scope & Proposal

We prepare a detailed proposal covering methodology, deliverables, schedule, and cost.

STEP 03

Field Work

Our teams mobilize with the right equipment and collect all required data on-site.

STEP 04

Analysis & Processing

Data processed in-house — plans drafted, samples tested, results analyzed into a report.

STEP 05

Deliverables

Final outputs handed over — survey plans, geotechnical reports, or feasibility studies.
